A stunning view but some woes

Woke up to breathtaking views every morning from my room on the 22nd floor. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, ensuring our comfort.

We faced issues with the pool, as it lacked proper maintenance with dirty water and no umbrellas. This detracted from our relaxation time by the water.

The city view room offered a great perspective of the area, and its comfortable amenities enhanced our stay. However, the dining experience could use improvement as we faced long wait times and unwelcoming service at the bar and restaurant. It's a decent option for families looking to explore local attractions nearby.

The Hilton Palacio Del Rio's vibrant decor and riverside access were delightful! The staff was exceptionally friendly, helping me navigate the beautiful Riverwalk and providing recommendations for nearby dining options. The serene atmosphere was perfect for relaxation.

However, the steep parking fees were surprising, and an early check-in request was initially overlooked, though it was resolved eventually.

the hotel's location right on the river walk was incredible, allowing us to easily stroll to nearby landmarks like the Alamo and the Briscoe Western Art Museum, and we loved the beautiful views from our river view balcony which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The valet service was prompt and friendly at all times. Our luggage was efficiently handled by a wonderful staff member who made our arrival stress-free. I appreciated the personal touch when we were offered a late check-out to accommodate our schedule.

staying at hilton was enjoyable! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the riverwalk and great dining options. the pool area was fantastic, making it a nice retreat after exploring the city. we also loved the quick valet service, despite the $44 fee.
